The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and had modern amenities like a microwave and fridge. Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a nice touch.

Favourable location for our visit to Rivergate Mall relatively near the hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and central heating. - Multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room. - Had a handy kitchenette.

Everything was good, the parking was on-site, the room was tidy. There were central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room, loved that. The location was marvellous and decent, relatively close to Glenwood Baptist Church. It was across the nice enough area.

I checked in no pits or pans silverware plate nothing the room was nasty the elevator was horrible floor was nasty. Someone had pissed in the elevator the employees had walked out. A drunk maintance man

The bed was not queen it was a full size bed, no sofa, was only have 1 wash cloth for 2 people when we asked for extra she has to dig for them. Out air conditoner leaked the whole time, non smoking room smelt of mold and old stale smoke. The location was in a very busy rundown part of town. They claimed we never checked out and kept charging us. Please be careful

The room smelled old, floor dirty, and there were roaches in the room. Stayed in the room long enough to wash hands and checkout immediately!!!
